I really like product launches and I always get inspired when looking at all sorts of product launches to derive experiences for the products I am currently working on. I actually think competitor research and staying up to date with the newest developments or trends in the product space is an important aspect in the work of a product manager.

Recently, I started to do this in a more structured way and created some lists with the product launches that were particularly inspiring for me for various reasons. I think the ideas and comments about the launches I describe can also be inspiring for everyone else and thus I might just share this list and maybe even create some discussions around it.

Have a look at the September 2021 Edition, too!

Airtable List of October 2021

The products here are in no particular order. However, if you are interested in the categorised Airtable list that can be sorted and copied, I am happy to share this with you. However, as I am building an audience it would be great if you could also follow me on LinkedIn and Medium in order to support me in exchange ;-).

1. Loop Illustrations

Loop is an illustration pack containing 100 illustrations from multiple categories. All illustrations are 100% customisable and are created using vector shapes. You can change color and size to match your requirements.

I cannot get enough of these comic style illustrations. It is actually sometimes quite difficult to find them and this collection seems really nice.

2. API for Product Managers

Do you feel intimated by technology as a Product Manager? Are you a non-tech PM? Have you been rejected in a PM interview in the technology round?
We are here to solve your woes. Learn A to Z of APIs here.

This is an amazing idea. Of course it is a no brainer that product managers should have a basic technical understanding of APIs when working with digital products. Summarising this, really creates value.

3. Intrro

Intrro is productising the ability to learn who are the top performers in your company’s network — so you can hire more from recommendations.

Referrals from people working in your own company are really valuable and it makes a lot of sense to build a tool around this. This really facilitates the recruiting for recruiters, employers and employees!

4. Entrepreneur List

EntrepreneurList is a curated directory of inspiring entrepreneurs to learn from. List includes 700+ entrepreneurs, authors, marketers or investors in 30 categories divided by topics, like for example: Crypto, Design, Development, Marketing, SaaS and Podcast.

Very nice idea to provide value by creating a list of Twitter profiles. I think this could be done in various ways. For example the same for the eCommerce space and so on.

5. TemplateShake

An inspirational tool for design team and product owners. Create and share your personal collection of your favourite design cases with a team and client. Showcase your vision. Make a market research. Explore global markets.

Nice tool to make it easier to create mood boards together. This can definitely help to increase alignment especially in the design team.

6. Creatorbase

The world’s largest curated collection of Creator Economy tools 🚀:
- A growing database of 400+ creator tools
- Filter by creator type or task
- Curated library of the best creator economy content
- Database regularly updated

Nice curation of creator tools. Worth to have a look at some of them!

7.Facebook Ad Hunter

Facebook Ad Hunter uncovers hidden audiences to target when running Facebook Ads. Tap into lucrative new audiences your competitors don’t know exist, reduce your CPA costs and get better performance from Facebook ads. 100% Free.

Another super nice tool to create a better targeted audience in Facebook. Especially when you are starting from scratch this can help a lot to kickstart your paid ads efforts.

8. Notion Second Brain

Second Brain is a digital system made for entrepreneurs, freelancers, content creators and students to capture and organise everything in one place.

Second Brain has become such a famous framework already and Notion is just ideal to work with this concept. This template can help setting things up.

9. Qoob

Qoob — is a platform that allows you to monetise your knowledge, without high fees and content limits.Sell courses, live classes, blogs on Qoob with a built-in smart feed or embed it on your website and sell directly to your audience.

I am really excited for this tool. There is so much going on in the community building/course creator space and the UI here looks definitely promising. Definitely an interesting space to keep an eye on.

10. OKR Starter Package

An interactive course series for founders who want to scale their business.
By this course, you will learn OKR methodology from scratch, OKR philosophy and how to implement to your company.
For people who are sick of endless books and blogs about OKR.

Another amazing idea to create content. OKRs are used everywhere and it seems most of the time rather ineffectively and with a lot of effort from everyone involved. More content around them could really help many startups be successful.

11. Startup Booster

Startup Booster is a pack of 27 stylish creatives for social media. Simply export PNGs from the Figma file and use them on Instagram and Twitter to promote your startup.

Amazing! When launching on product hunt, there are many best practices established and this tool can help getting the creatives right.

12. Fincredible

Fincredible is all-in-one tool for earning calls analysis.
- Listen to or read earning calls in real-time.
- Automatically sync earning events to your personal calendar for the companies you follow.
- Review the management deck and surface insights.

Great idea. I still think there is a lot of hidden and asynchronous knowledge in financial reports and earning calls. Nice that this project is tackling this.

13. Made with Bubble

Explore specially curated apps and websites made with Bubble having exceptional functionality and design to take inspiration for your next no-code project.

Bubble is so powerful and I was always looking for more use cases and examples. This page shows many nice apps build with Bubble and can give inspiration for creators.

14. SideInvest.io

SideInvest.io is a marketplace where you can find people who are interested in buying your business or invest in your business and provide you proper guidance, and in return, you can offer some equity of the business.

There are quite some marketplaces for smaller projects. I wonder how this market will develop. SideInvest has a nice UI but it shows little information about the potential investments.

15. Transfer by Zapier

Get complete control over your app data. Transfer moves data wherever you want, whenever you want, without any clunky exports or data entry. Backed by Zapier’s ecosystem of 3,000+ integrations and 24/7 global support, Transfer makes data management easy.

Super cool new feature for Zapier and it makes sense to use this for moving bulk data for sure. This is still in beta but I wonder if the pricing per zap still applies when it is launched.

16. Launch by NoCodeDevs

Launch is the place to discover, launch, and support all of your favourite no-code tools, products, and services! Submit a product, upvote your favourites or just browse through the latest tools.

A Product Hunt for No Code Tools. Definitely deserves support!

An updated library of 300+ products and resources for content creators to help them with creation, growth, management, and monetization.
-Filter resources by tags based on your goals
-Search by description
-Subscribe for new tools and resources every month

Another collection with creator tools. Also worth to have a look at.

18. PMInterview

Get solution of questions asked in Uber, Google, Amazon, Swiggy, Flipkart, CRED etc. product manager interviews. Interview content is really valuable when people are in recruiting processes.

This is just a very nice curation of some of some recorded mock interviews. Apparently from the guys that also created the “API for product managers” book. Nice work!

I hope you enjoyed this compilation. If you are interested in receiving my Airtable list containing all those products with preview, additional comments and sortable categories just follow me on LinkedIn and Medium.
